DKW-4168 Water-Based Semi-Permanent Mold Release
DiamondKote DKW-4168 is a premium water-based mold release agent that has universality for a variety of elastomers including but not limited to, Silicone Rubbers, Peroxide-Cured EPDM, Polyacrylate and a variety of Fluoroelastomers. HIGHLY VERSATILE formulation for seals and gasket molding using FKM, Silicone, EPDM, and others. DKW-4168, a replacement to DKW-3551B, offers excellent cycle life, cleaner molds, and reduced scrap rates.
Founded as Franklynn Industries, Inc. in 1991 offering DiamondKote, Aqualift, and later added Crystal brands. Now part of the ITW Pro Brands team.
