DKW-4237 Water-Based Semi-Permanent Mold Release

DiamondKote DKW-4237 is a premium water-based mold release agent that has universality for a variety of elastomers including but not limited to, silicone rubbers, peroxide cured EPDM, Polyacrylate and a variety of fluoroelastomers.   Most versatile for Peroxide-Cured compounds, and excellent for FKM and other exotic compounds.  When applied correctly, it will provide multiple part releases, cleaner tooling, and facilitate good rubber flow. DiamondKote DKW-4237 can be applied to hot metallic mold surfaces to quickly dry the release agent. Alternatively, it can be applied to ambient surfaces and subsequently blown dry with compressed air. It may be sprayed or simply wiped utilizing a pure cotton cloth.

Founded as Franklynn Industries, Inc. in 1991 offering DiamondKote, Aqualift, and later added Crystal brands.  Now part of the ITW Pro Brands team.
