DKW-4070

DiamondKote DKW-4070 is a water-based, semi-permanent mold release agent designed for use in the molding of various peroxide-cured elastomers such as Silicone (polysiloxanes), EPDM, and FKM. It is especially effective in the molding of elastomeric seals and gaskets and promotes good rubber flow and helps to keep molds clean. DiamondKote DKW-4070 exhibits higher slip than some of our other release agents and is therefore useful for parts with more difficult geometry or undercut/low draft areas. DiamondKote DKW-4070 is sold as a ready to use material and does not need to be diluted prior to use.

Founded as Franklynn Industries, Inc. in 1991 offering DiamondKote, Aqualift, and later added Crystal brands.  Now part of the ITW Pro Brands team.
